In this role, you'll own the vision, roadmap, and execution of AI knowledge experiences-ensuring content is accurate, secure, complete, and actionable for both customers and support engineers. nResponsibilities
nAs a Principal Product Manager in this role you will create the AI knowledge strategy and features to improve the AI effectrfor security strategy and experience across the across the company leveraging key insights to drive foundational improvements to the support experience for our customers. Additionally you will be responsible for driving key improvements into the product to ensure we are a reference implementation of Dynamics. This role will leverage your product strategy to support the security experience.

Own setting & executing product strategy for Microsoft Support experiences across multiple lines of businesses.

Maintain working relationships with stakeholders across the company from the engineering groups, businesses, and the support organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.

3+ years of experience shipping global products.

Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
