Job Description
nThe engineer in this position would act as a liaison within the Controls organization to coordinate all controls and factory information system updates.
nAdditional responsibilities in this role include:
n- Coordinate and manage updates to FIS properties for New Model Programs
n- Ensuring FIS is aligned with each plants simulation model
n- Global FIS planning and costing support
n- Review/Approve all FIS pilots
n- Lead FIS reviews with Plant ME Managers and DIS Administrators
n- Constraint Management:
no Assist with developing and interpreting executive throughput packages
no Maintain and update productivity operating process/constraint management
no Maintain Productivity Operating Process SharePoint
n- Factory Information System:
no Evaluate program assumptions and provide FIS cost estimates for new model program cost studies
nNew Process Control Board Requirements
nProcess Control Boards at end of Useful Life
nNew Tooling and Conveyor Assets
nRebalance Configurations
nAsset Revalidation
nProvide IT with initial estimate of drop counts, assent counts, and server counts
nDevelop initial SOW for FIS Integrators & FIS Launch Managers with a complete list of assets (tooling & conveyor)
nProvide FAE input and signoff of all FIS specification revisions
nMaintain and publish specifications for Process Control Boards
nInterface with IT on updates to IT FIS standards
nCompensation:
n$45/hour - $53/hour
nExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

nSkills and Requirements
n- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or
n- 3 years of experience in Constraint Management and Factory Information Systems
n- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint, Word) null
