What You’ll Do n

As a Residential Electrical Installer , your responsibilities will include:

n
Installing and maintaining electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in residential settings
n
n
Diagnosing electrical issues and providing effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
n
n
Delivering outstanding customer service and educating homeowners on their electrical systems
n
n
Providing expert recommendations on energy-efficient upgrades and system improvements
n
n
Ensuring all work meets company and industry standards, following safety protocols and local electrical codes
n
n
Maintaining professionalism and integrity while interacting with customers and team members
n
n
Keeping work areas clean and organized, properly handling and maintaining tools, equipment, and vehicles
n

What It Takes to Succeed n

n
At least 2 years of electrical installation experience in a residential setting
n
n
Proven experience in meeting sales and KPI goals , with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality service
n
n
Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar service management software is a plus
n
n
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
n
n
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
n
n
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills , with the ability to resolve issues efficiently
n
n
Commitment to safety, professionalism, and providing high-quality service
n
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
n
n
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
n
