AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role ofGrill Cook, Full-time. No weekends or early mornings.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  Deep fry, grill, and sauté meats, fish, vegetables and other foods

  n

• n

  Observe and test foods being cooked by tasting, smelling and piercing

  n
n
• n

  Perform food preparation work for cooking, including seasoning

  n
n
• n

  Measure and mix ingredients according to recipe

  n
n
• n

  Maintain proper grill cooking temperatures

  n
n
• n

  Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and professional in appearance at all times

  n
n
• n

  Manage food inventory

  n
n
• n

  Maintain a safe work environment

  n
n
• n

  Encourage good customer relations through product promotion
