The IT Applications Manager will oversee a team of IT professionals, manage vendor relationships, and ensure technology solutions align with business objectives to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and proactive technology recommendations for HR and Production areas.
- Manage internal IT staff, external suppliers, and service providers supporting critical business applications.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of business strategies to maximize technology value.
- Assist IT leadership with budget planning, vendor management, procurement, and financial processes.
- Monitor and control projects, ensure team integration, and apply corrective actions as necessary.
- Enforce adherence to project management best practices and software development lifecycle (SDLC) standards.
- Configure and support third-party applications as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technology field.
- Minimum 5 years managing business application support and operations.
- At least 3 years of people management experience.
- Experience with Oracle HCM applications is required.
- Strong knowledge of project and vendor management.
- Security clearance not required.

- Occasional travel may be required.
