About This Role

You will be part of a team that delivers TV and Smart Home solutions to millions of customers. As an Installation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an excellent customer experience by educating and connecting more Americans with every home you visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers' homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home technology.
• Install and service equipment and smart home products in customers' homes.
• Teach customers how to use their technology and offer additional services when helpful.
