About Us:
Jungsik is a three Michelin-starred, modern Korean fine dining restaurant in Tribeca. We are committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience through world-class service, innovation, and hospitality. We are currently seeking a passionate and service-driven  Floor Manager   to join our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the front-of-house team during service, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.

  • Maintain a strong floor presence to oversee service flow, guest engagement, and pacing.

  • Manage daily pre-shift meetings, training, and ongoing coaching for captains, servers, and support staff.

  • Uphold service standards, fine dining protocol, and guest satisfaction at all times.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen, sommelier, and management team for seamless operations.

  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and conflict resolution with discretion.

  • Monitor and adjust the dining room ambiance (cleanliness, music, lighting, temperature).

  • Oversee reservations, table assignments, and VIP guest recognition.

  • Assist in administrative duties, including shift reports, attendance, and feedback documentation.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fine dining or Michelin-starred service

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Hands-on, guest-first approach to hospitality

  • Calm under pressure with exceptional attention to detail

  • Ability to mentor and inspire a team

  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
