About Grace Winery:
Welcome to Grace Winery, a hidden gem nestled on thirty rolling acres in the historic Brandywine Valley. Our property is steeped in history—centered around a beautifully preserved 1734 Quaker farmhouse and a restored 1750s barn that now houses our public tasting room. What began as a family home has evolved into a fifty-room inn, event destination, and working winery producing estate-grown wines. We are proud to offer guests a uniquely local experience that reflects the land, the seasons, and our deep commitment to hospitality. The tasting room is open Fridays through Sundays and features hyper-local, wine-focused fare that celebrates our region’s bounty.

Part-Time | Weekends Required
Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve wine flights, local beer, and seasonal wine-based cocktails in a fast-paced tasting room setting
- Educate guests about our wines and the winemaking process
- Assist in setup and breakdown of the bar and tasting room areas each day
- Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety and sanitation protocols
- Monitor stock and assist with bar restocking and setup
- Engage warmly with guests, offering guidance on pairings and wine selections
- Support front-of-house team during peak periods with service needs as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a hospitality-driven environment
- Wine knowledge strongly preferred; curiosity and willingness to learn is essential
- Professional, upbeat, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a high-traffic setting
- Must be 21+, RAMP certified or willing to obtain
- Flexible availability, weekends a must; some holidays
- Knowledge of Toast POS and Tock a plus
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs
- A collaborative team member with a calm, confident presence
