Position Summary:

The FOH Manager leads the dining room operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth daily service, and team leadership. This role requires strong communication skills, a hands-on management style, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise the FOH team, including servers, bartenders, and hosts.

  • Ensure guests consistently receive outstanding service and hospitality.

  • Manage daily opening and closing procedures.

  • Oversee reservations, table flow, and floor operations to maintain smooth service.

  • Train, coach, and develop FOH staff to maintain service standards.

  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any service-related issues promptly and professionally.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams for seamless communication and service execution.

  • Manage scheduling and staffing to optimize labor and service levels.

  • Monitor inventory of front-of-house supplies and place orders as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

  • Support and promote the restaurant’s culture, values, and brand identity.
