Position Summary:The FOH Manager leads the dining room operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth daily service, and team leadership. This role requires strong communication skills, a hands-on management style, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise the FOH team, including servers, bartenders, and hosts.
Ensure guests consistently receive outstanding service and hospitality.
Manage daily opening and closing procedures.
Oversee reservations, table flow, and floor operations to maintain smooth service.
Train, coach, and develop FOH staff to maintain service standards.
Handle guest feedback and resolve any service-related issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams for seamless communication and service execution.
Manage scheduling and staffing to optimize labor and service levels.
Monitor inventory of front-of-house supplies and place orders as needed.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Support and promote the restaurant’s culture, values, and brand identity.
