Chef de Cuisine – New York - Up to $125k
Location: New York, Midtown
Salary: $120,000 - $125,000 DOE + Bonus + Benefits!
My Client is a reputable Hospitality brand who are opening a brand-new location in Midtown. They value personality and drive in their staff members and push people to achieve their highest potential. They are looking for a talented CDC to spearhead this new opening and lead a team to success! This individual will need extensive knowledge in Mediterranean Cuisine, strong leadership skills and can manage a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day to day running of the Kitchen
- Train and mentor staff
- Ensure service standards are always upheld
- Ensure Health and Safety standards are always maintained, taking corrective action as necessary
Ideal candidate:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a managerial Kitchen position
- Experience within an upscale/fine-dining environment
- Have a positive attitude and great leadership qualities
- Have a flexible working schedule
