An exciting new hospitality concept is preparing to open its doors in the heart of the Upper East Side, bringing a legacy of refined, intimate, and impeccably curated service to one of New York’s most historic neighborhoods. Nestled within a landmark location, this private, members-only venue is set to redefine the standard of hospitality through exceptional food, world-class wine, and warm, discreet service in an atmosphere that feels like a private home.
We are now hiring passionate and experienced Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) professionals for key leadership roles across our culinary and service teams. This is a rare opportunity to help shape an experience from the ground up—where personalized hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care are at the center of everything we do.
Head Chef – French-Mediterranean Restaurant
Salary: $100,000 – $110,000/year
Bonus: 10–15% annual performance bonus
Reports to: Executive Head Chef
Status: Concept is open for both lunch and dinner service
Senior Sous Chef – Latin-American Inspired Restaurant
Salary: $95,000 – $105,000/year
Reports to: Head Chef
Junior Sous Chef – Latin-American Inspired Restaurant
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000/year
Reports to: Head Chef
Junior Sous Chef – Lounge & Bar
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000/year
Reports to: Head Chef
Floor Managers – Multiple Dining Concepts
(Covering elegant lounge, sushi, and Latin-American restaurants)
Salary: $80,000/year
Schedule: Evening shifts, service starts at 5 PM
Reports to: Restaurant General Manager
Bar Manager – Lounge & Bar
Salary: $80,000/year
Schedule: Evening shifts, service starts at 5 PM
Reports to: Lounge General Manager and Beverage Director

Who We’re Looking For
Strong, polished leaders with previous experience in high-end hospitality environments
Individuals who take ownership, lead by example, and thrive in high-touch, guest-first settings
Culinary professionals with a passion for excellence, training, and teamwork
FOH managers who bring a balance of poise, emotional intelligence, and operational focus
Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards within luxury or members-only venues is a plus
