Located in the W Hotel, Steak 954 a modern update on the classic steakhouse with an indulgent menu, locally sourced seafood, and a global wine selection. Whilst El Vez, with deep roots in regional Mexican cooking, the menu is built around guacamoles, fundidos, ceviches, tacos, quesadillas and enchiladas made from scratch with authenticity in mind.
Our team is now seeking a Banquet Sous Chef to join our team.

Qualified candidates will have:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Banquet Chef working in a well-rated hotel.
- Strong knife skills with the ability to execute dishes consistently and effectively.
- Culinary degree is a plus
- Availability including: AM, PM, and Weekends
