Position Overview:
Working under the General Manager, you will oversee the full scope of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service in both venues. As a manager, your role will focus on leading by example, motivating your team, and maintaining an environment of excellence and innovation.
Responsibilities Include:
Leading operations for both The Tusk Bar and BRASS with a focus on high-quality service and hospitality
Managing daily operations, including labor and sales reports
Collaborating closely with culinary leadership to create seamless guest experiences
Developing and mentoring service teams to uphold high standards
Managing high-volume beverage programs, with a focus on craft cocktails and advanced wine knowledge
Driving the team’s success during new restaurant openings and high-volume shifts
Bringing a hands-on approach to leadership and team cohesion
Working flexible hours as needed to meet business demands
Requirements:
Proven success in high-volume environments with a strong service and hospitality focus
Strong beverage program knowledge, especially craft cocktails and wine
Experience managing labor costs and daily sales reports
Skilled in project management, with the ability to bring teams together
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
A commitment to service excellence and a passion for mentoring staff
