We are seeking an exceptional Pastry Chef with experience in New York’s top pastry programs—on par with Le Bernardin, Per Se, Jean-Georges, or similar Michelin-caliber kitchens —who is ready to take full ownership of building and running a world-class pastry department.

Leadership & Ownership – Operate the pastry program as if it’s your own business, with full responsibility for structure, standards, and systems.
Creative Vision – Design and implement a complete pastry program, from plated desserts to bread, chocolate work, and viennoiserie.
Operational Excellence – Build your own team structure, workflows, and inventory systems to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency.
Growth Mindset – Develop a program so outstanding it drives its own reputation and demand, with the long-term goal of expanding into retail sales of signature pastries.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in fine dining or luxury hotel pastry kitchens.
Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills.
Proven creative and technical skillset across all pastry disciplines.
Entrepreneurial drive and ability to operate with a high level of independence.
