What You'll Do:
Design and execute an inventive, seasonal menu that celebrates global flavors and modern techniques.
Work closely with the kitchen team to uphold impeccable quality, consistency, and visual presentation.
Guide, mentor, and develop sous chefs and team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive kitchen culture.
Oversee daily kitchen operations in a high-volume environment, with a strong emphasis on scratch cooking.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef in a high-volume setting.
Strong foundation in multicultural cuisine and a creative approach to menu development.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a people-focused mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving kitchen environment.
What We Offer:
Base salary between $75,000 and $85,000 , plus performance-based bonuses .
