Douro’s raw bar is a signature experience, and we’re looking for someone who loves the craft. If you’ve never shucked an oyster but have the right attitude, we’ll teach you. If you’re already skilled, we’ll help you sharpen your expertise.

What You’ll Do:
- Shuck oysters and prepare raw bar items with care
- Ensure freshness, quality, and beautiful presentation
- Keep the raw bar clean, organized, and food-safe
- Work closely with the team during busy services

What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn (training provided)
- Careful handling of ingredients and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently during high-volume service
- Experience is great, but not required for motivated applicants
