Tasks/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Clean whole fish and prepare fish and other ingredients
  • Sushi or sashimi or maki roll or Omakase prep
  • Set up sushi bar when opening and clean up when closing
  • Making sushi

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Highly skilled in precision knife work and authentic Japanese culinary methods
  • 5+ years’ experience preferred in a high-end sushi restaurant
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Team player with a strong hospitality spirit
  • Reliable, honest, and punctual

Training and test for 1~3 days.  weekly pay by direct deposit

Full time : $18/hour plus tips. $1200/week~

5 days/week 1:00pm~ (9~10 hours/day) 45 hours (average)/week
