In this pivotal role, you will serve as the main point of contact for our members, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services and products in a professional and friendly manner. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as the first point of contact for members via phone, email, and in-person inquiries, delivering a high level of customer service. - Respond to member questions regarding services, membership benefits, and account status in an accurate and timely manner. - Assist members with registration, account management, and services; ensuring a smooth and efficient process. - Resolve member complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and implementing effective solutions, maintaining a positive relationship with members. - Process membership applications, renewals, and cancellations accurately while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with organizational policies. - Provide members with information on events, promotions, and programs to enhance their experience. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of membership policies, programs, and organizational offerings to provide accurate information. - Collaborate with internal departments to communicate member feedback and suggest improvements to enhance member satisfaction. - Ensure all member interactions are logged into the system accurately and promptly, following standard operating procedures. - Participate in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities to enhance service skills and knowledge of the organization. **Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent; relevant work experience in customer service or member relations preferred. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with diverse members. - Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills. - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - A friendly, patient demeanor with a passion for helping people. - Previous experience in a membership organization or similar environment is a plus. -Must be 18 years of age or older. **What We Offer:** - Competitive salary and benefits package. - Opportunities for professional growth and development. - A collaborative and supportive team environment. - [Any additional perks, such as flexible hours, remote work options, etc.] If you are dedicated to providing exceptional service and looking for a fulfilling role in member support, we invite you to apply.
