Home base is Wisconsin; projects span regional and national sites with per diem and premium travel pay. Overnight travel includes lodging and meals covered.

The Epoxy Floor Technician is responsible for performing and supervising floor coating projects with an emphasis on safety, quality, and production efficiency. This role involves hands-on work using advanced equipment to prepare, coat, and finish a variety of floor surfaces, including concrete, cementitious overlays, and urethane coatings. A successful candidate will be skilled, safety-conscious, and able to lead by example while delivering exceptional workmanship. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Operate 480-volt 3-phase diamond grinders/polishers Grind, hone, and polish concrete using hand grinders (4" & 7") and large floor grinders Perform shot blasting and line striping Apply epoxy, urethane cement, and concrete polishing. Use two-part polyurea pump systems and apply joint/crack fills Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Work with minimal supervision while following company and OSHA safety standards Read and interpret work orders, job specs, and safety protocols Communicate with the foreman and team to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality output Basic Qualifications Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Floor Technician Proficient with floor grinding equipment, shot blasters, and power tools Familiarity with commercial and industrial coating products OSHA 10 certification - preferred Ability to work different shifts, weekends, and travel as needed Must pass drug screening and background check High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Desired Qualifications Strong understanding of safety protocols and PPE requirements Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable Effective communication Eager to learn and grow through career ladder development, we support ongoing growth with access to advanced training, certifications (e.g., OSHA 30, SSPC, ICRI), and leadership tracks.
