Title: Senior Help Desk Analyst

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota (on-site)

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Associate Director, Infastructure and Operations, this position will respond to internal and external requests for assistance with user accounts, password resets, corporate desktop hardware and software, and mobile devices, and will provide general IT support to corporate staff. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-focused approach, and experience working in a regulated IT environment.

Responsibilities:

General

Provides first-level IT Help Desk support in a courtesy and expediate manner. Respond to incoming Help Desk tickets in a prioritized response. Documents work in ticketing system. Supports local and remote staff. Supports day-to-day IT Help Desk operations including on-boarding and off boarding staff, user account management, general IT technical support for desktop applications, office relocations and IT desktop training. Routes incoming tickets to the appropriate Tier 2 or Tier 3 support personnel for Celcuity corporate applications, including Office 365, Adobe, Egnyte, Veeva, DocuSign, Smartsheet, NetSuite, Concur and others. Provisions and configures desktop IT systems and services in a pharmaceutical regulated environment. Service Desk.esktop

Support, monitor, test, and troubleshoot issues pertaining to computer systems for Celcuity. Perform all tasks associated with installation of equipment to include but not limited to PC, printers, desktop VOIP and cell phones, tablets, and office hardware. Install, troubleshoot, update, and maintain desktop software including Windows, Office 365, Adobe, and local/SaaS business applications. Provide Tier 1/2 Help Desk customer service support for the site. Triage Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues to IT service and support vendors as required. May require evening or night calls. Images computers Coordinate and ship computers and equipment to remote staff. Moves IT systems and peripherals for office relocations. Supports video conferencing as needed. Supports infrastructure services including AD, AV, VPN, 2FA, web/video conferencing, etc. Provision, modify and deactivate user accounts to company standards. Provision, modify, and deactivate user accounts according to company security policies. Other

AS or BS degree and 7 years work experience in desktop systems support, or high school degree with equivalent work experience. A+, MCDST, Microsoft or other Cisco certifications highly desired. Experience supporting staff in the daily use of Microsoft Office 365, Teams, DocuSign, Box, Egnyte, Veeva, SmartSheet, Candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills and a customer satisfaction attitude. Must have great attention to detail and ability to follow a detailed process. Experience supporting remote staff including domestic and international travel. Must enjoy working with end users and providing excellent customer service. Required experience with operating systems ranging from Windows desktop / laptop / virtual workstation as well as support of local and network printers moving IT systems and peripherals for office relocations. Preferred:

Experience working in regulated life science environment. Experience supporting Pharmaceutical field staff. Experience with IT tools and concepts such as Intune, PDQ, NinjaOne, Windows 365 Virtual Desktop, GPO's, conditional access policies, Veeam, ServiceDesk Plus Experience support cybersecurity efforts including training and response. Experience supporting staff int the daily use of DocuSign, Concur, Box, Egnyte, Veeva, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and business partnering skills. Ability to operate in a cross-functional / matrixed environment. Familiarity with ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management

For this role, the anticipated base pay range is $88,000-$110,000. The exact base pay offered for this role will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the candidate's geography, qualifications, skills, and experience.
