Branch is looking for a seasoned Senior GTM Data Analyst to join our dynamic Revenue Operations team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leveraging data-driven insights to propel our GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy forward. a Sr. GTM Data Analyst
you'll get to:
Partner strategically with senior GTM leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business objectives, define critical KPIs, and prioritize data initiatives that align with company goals. Lead the development and enhancement of advanced analytical tools, dashboards, and infrastructure to empower GTM teams with actionable insights and scalable analytics solutions. Utilize advanced SQL, Python, and data modeling techniques to manipulate and analyze large datasets, supporting complex ad-hoc analyses, experimentation, and specialized reporting requirements. Translate complex data analyses into clear, actionable recommendations and strategic insights, influencing key business decisions and optimizing GTM strategies. Respond promptly to senior leadership requests for data analyses and insights, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business objectives. Continuously optimize data processes to enhance accuracy, streamline reporting efficiency, and elevate stakeholder satisfaction through improved data accessibility and reliability. You'll be a good fit if you have: 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment, with a strong understanding of GTM strategies and metrics. Expert proficiency in SQL, Python, and data modeling; familiarity with dbt or similar tools highly desirable. Demonstrated expertise in data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI, with a proven ability to create compelling visualizations and dashboards. Exceptional communication skills with a track record of effectively presenting technical findings and strategic recommendations to senior executives and cross-functional teams. Proven leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus on data-driven decisions. Strategic thinker with a passion for problem-solving and a strong analytical mindset, capable of translating business challenges into analytical solutions. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, managing multiple priorities with agility and adaptability. Preferred Qualifications: Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and the subscription-based business model. Experience with cloud-based data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift as well as GTM systems such as Salesforce, Gong, Marketo, etc. Previous experience working closely with Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams in a collaborative, cross-functional capacity.
This role is 100% remote in Colorado. This role is not eligible for remote work in any other location.
In accordance with applicable law, the following represents a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role: the estimated pay range for this role, if based in Colorado is $130,000 - $180,000. Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Colorado only. Compensation for candidates outside of Colorado will be based on the candidate's specific work location. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location and may be more or less than the amount shown above.
The salary range provided represents base compensation and does not include potential equity, which is available for qualifying positions.
