Ready to be part of something special?Join our Family!Seeking a data-driven, results-oriented SEO & Paid Search Specialist to help drive the optimization of both organic and sponsored search engine performance. This role will be key in enhancing digital visibility, driving high-intent traffic, and improving overall conversion rates through both SEO best practices and effective paid search campaigns. The SEO & Paid Search Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams and analyze performance to deliver measurable results. Responsibilities:Implement comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings for B&G websitesOptimize site structure, metadata, headings, and content for search visibilityOptimize on-page SEO by improving meta tags, headings, content, and internal linking for better visibility and rankingResponsible for managing SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on search networks and to enhance domain authorityPerform regular SEO audits to identify and resolve issues that impact site performance, such as site speed, mobile optimization, and crawl errorsGenerate and present regular SEO reports with actionable insights and recommendations to improve outcomes and ROIMonitor, track, and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Bright Local, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search ConsoleConduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value keywords and opportunities for content optimizationStay current with SEO trends and algorithm updates to ensure strategies are in line with industry best practicesPerform keyword research and competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities to outperform competitors in search rankingsOptimize content marketing efforts by aligning content with SEO strategies and ensuring it is optimized for target keywords and search intentPlan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across key retailer platformsManage budgets, bids, and targeting to maximize ROASMonitor campaign performance, generate regular reports, and recommend campaign changes for optimizationExperience, Skills, Education:Bachelor's degree in business, digital marketing, or a related field is preferredExperience with consumer-packaged goods preferred3 years+ of experience in Digital Merchandising within eCommerce preferredStrong SEO acumen and proficient in ExcelAbility to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment while handling many projects at once Proactive problem-solver who can identify and address root causeManage tasks, hit deadlines, and communicate results with clarityPersuasive written and oral communicatorOrganized, detail oriented, and results focusedAdaptable to change and self-motivated with an enthusiasm for learning, collaborative & team-oriented, comfortable with working across multiple functionsCompensation:Base Pay Range:$58,575.00 - $97,625.00Final base pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to; role responsibilities, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal pay equity.
