hands-on execution role

that supports corporate offices, shop floors, and manufacturing technology, with the goal of keeping people, tools, and systems running at peak performance.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Integrated IT Operations Deliver hands-on and remote support for Windows-based PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and OS issues-regardless of technical silo. Support specialized engineering, drafting (E&D), and custom manufacturing applications. Maintain connectivity and uptime for both IT and OT systems, including CNC machines, AGT Robot welders, plasma cutters, and other shop floor equipment. Networking & Security

Assign switch ports to existing VLANs and verify connectivity according to established network design. Assist with LAN/WAN troubleshooting, wireless network support, and remote connectivity solutions. Perform patch management for Windows endpoints, servers, and network devices. Support endpoint security tools, antivirus/EDR platforms, and vulnerability remediation. Assist with VPN setup, firewall rule adjustments, and secure remote access solutions. Monitor and respond to security alerts, escalating as necessary to protect IT and OT environments. Documentation & Process Improvement

Maintain accurate configuration records, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides. Collaborate across IT operations to improve response times, reduce downtime, and strengthen security posture. Participate in projects that span desktop, networking, security, and OT-reflecting our integrated execution approach. Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience considered. 5+ years of IT operations experience covering multiple domains (desktop, networking, security, OT). Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and related productivity tools. Intermediate networking knowledge (switches, VLAN port assignments, wireless, TCP/IP troubleshooting). Experience with patch management tools and endpoint security platforms. Familiarity with Azure AD, Active Directory, and identity/access management. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve issues without unnecessary escalation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with technical and non-technical users. Willingness to work onsite the majority of the time and occasionally outside normal hours for maintenance or critical issues.

Benefits:

This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
