Our client, a leading provider in customer service solutions, is seeking a Customer Service II to join their team. As a Customer Service II, you will be part of the operations team supporting customer satisfaction and service excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a problem-solving mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Continuously monitor multiple alarm systems to ensure operational efficiency. Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide accurate information to customers. Utilize a database to retrieve customer or company information as needed. Follow detailed instructions and utilize various resources to deliver precise information. Demonstrate patience, empathy, and critical thinking while managing customer interactions. What's Needed?

2-3 years of experience in a customer service role. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with speed and accuracy. Proficiency in using complex computer applications and resource materials. Familiarity with operating environments such as Windows, DOS, and Mainframe. Proven skills in PC software products including Maximo, Cognos, Sharepoint, Smartsheets, Excel, and MS Word.
