HHAeXchange is seeking a Business Analyst, GTM Systems to support the strategic evolution of our go-to-market technology stack, with Salesforce at its core. Sitting within the GTM Systems team, this cross-functional role will support four product owners aligned to key stages of the customer lifecycle: Customer Operations, Customer Transactions, Sales Efficiency, and Marketing Operations. This individual will help translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, manage day-to-day enhancements, support data quality initiatives, and act as a connective layer between product owners and technical delivery. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with a strong growth path toward product & process ownership.

Essential Job Duties
Cross-Functional Product Support Act as a shared business analyst and project coordinator across four GTM product owners Gather and refine requirements for enhancements, integrations, and automations Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories, process diagrams, and documentation Salesforce & GTM Tech Stack Execution Support Salesforce enhancement testing, minor configurations, and field/data validation Help troubleshoot user issues and assist in triaging requests to the appropriate product owner Maintain up-to-date documentation on key GTM system processes Support user enablement activities with documentation, demos and FAQs Data Quality & Insights Conduct ad-hoc data cleanups across Salesforce and integrated platforms Partner with product owners to ensure data quality standards are upheld Assist in pulling reports and analyzing GTM system performance when needed Operational Enablement Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and basic project coordination across GTM teams Help monitor adoption and usage of new system features and releases Coordinate UAT efforts and stakeholder sign-offs for small enhancements >

Travel up to 10%, including overnight travel Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills
Experience & Functional Skills 2-4 years of experience in business systems analysis, GTM operations, or Salesforce administration Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud required; Service Cloud or CPQ a plus) Strong organizational skills with experience juggling multiple workstreams Demonstrated ability to write clear requirements and user stories Communication & Collaboration Effective communicator who can translate technical concepts for business stakeholders Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in and support wherever needed Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-through habits Technical Acumen Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, basic reporting, and data cleanup Experience with ticketing or project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) Understanding of basic process modeling or diagramming (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro) Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a high-growth SaaS company Exposure to product management frameworks or agile methodology Basic understanding of GTM workflows (lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash, etc.) Interest in growing into a GTM Systems Product Owner role Success Metrics
Timely delivery of clear, complete requirements and user stories Improved turnaround time on enhancement requests and issue triage High satisfaction from GTM product owners and business stakeholders Reduction in low-quality data across GTM systems through proactive cleanup >
The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $90,000-100,000/yr not including variable compensation. An employee's exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
