Miss A Stores is currently seeking fun, motivated, and reliable
Sales Associates
to join our expanding team! As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for all our customers. This candidate will provide friendly and knowledgeable service in addition to carrying on the positive culture we cultivate within our stores. Responsibilities Driving sales through a passion for beauty, recommending products and services, and providing expert advice on makeup application and skincare routines. Brand ambassador who combines product knowledge, sales skills, and a passion for beauty to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. • Promoting
Products/Product Knowledge
- stay updated on new and existing products, bestsellers, and promotions, answer customer questions about products and promotions, communicate product limits, etc.
Maintaining a deep understanding of
MISS A products,
staying up-to-date on the latest beauty trends, and sharing this knowledge with clients. • Merchandising - keep sales floor clean and organized, ensure products are stocked
Requirements • Must be at least 18 years of age. • At least 2 year of Customer Service experience. • Must have an OPEN schedule and be available to work nights, holidays, and weekends. • Must have reliable transportation. • High School Diploma/GED. • Must possess a fun and outgoing personality. • Be comfortable working independently while receiving occasional coaching, supervision, and encouragement.
Physical Requirements
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: • Stand for long periods. • Repetitive movement of the body and walking is required on a regular basis. • The position requires lifting of no less than 15-30 lbs. regularly. • Must be able to tolerate working in a Retail environment.
