Caminos Program
at Cunningham Children's Home supports children who have recently migrated to the United States, helping them work toward
family reunification, education goals, and legal immigration cases . Our team provides a safe, therapeutic living environment and culturally sensitive programming tailored to each youth's needs.
As a
Milieu Coordinator , you will:
Supervise and guide direct care counselors to provide trauma-informed services Model, coach, and motivate staff to maintain a therapeutic milieu Lead and train team members while working closely with medical providers and other care partners Ensure a safe and supportive community for youth from diverse backgrounds About Cunningham Children's Home and the Caminos Program:

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (Human Services preferred) 3+ years of child welfare and/or social service experience 1+ year of management or supervisory experience Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Valid Illinois driver's license, clean driving record (past 3 years), and proof of auto insurance At least 21 years old Ability to use a personal vehicle for work purposes Extensive training will be provided. Prospective employees must pass a pre-employment background check and physical.
