Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the supply chain process, from procurement and inventory management to logistics and distribution. This role ensures that products are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and on time, while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals.

Manage procurement activities, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability across locations.

Coordinate logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.

Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.

Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, Finance) to forecast demand and plan supply.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.

Lead and mentor supply chain team members to achieve performance targets.

Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and disruptions in the supply chain.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).

5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.

Proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.

Familiarity with global supply chain operations.

Certification such as CSCP, CPSM, or PMP is a plus.

Pay Details:

$95,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
