Job Site Supervisor - Bondoc Roofing
San Antonio, TX
$160-$175/day (W2) + Company Vehicle & Phone | Full-Time
Monday - Friday (some Saturdays)
7am to 6pm (On call required)
Bondoc Roofing is looking for a full-time Job Site Supervisor to join our growing team! We offer competitive daily pay starting at $160-$175 depending on experience, with room to grow. This W2 position includes a company vehicle and phone for all work-related tasks. You'll work Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays as needed based on seasonality.

As a Job Site Supervisor, you play a critical role in the customer experience and overall project success. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Prepping job sites: Ensure crews are set up for success by previewing projects and confirming all necessary materials are on-site. • Customer and crew communication: Set clear expectations, provide updates, and support both customers and crews throughout the project. • Neighborhood outreach: Let neighbors know we're working in their area-an important part of our community presence and marketing. • Quality checks: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets Bondoc's high standards of craftsmanship and customer service. • Problem-solving: Help troubleshoot issues during projects and support the Production Manager with related tasks. • Light construction tasks: Assist with inspections and smaller repairs, including warranty-related work. • Roof & attic access: Must be able to climb onto roofs and enter attics to perform inspections and assist with job site tasks.

• Experience in customer service or construction (preferred but not required) • Fluency in both English and Spanish • Valid driver's license and clean driving record • Able to pass a background check and periodic drug screening • Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions • Comfortable using smartphones and basic apps • Highly adaptable and "pivot-ready" in a fast-changing environment • Must be able to climb onto roofs and enter attics as part of job duties Does This Sound Like You?
