JOB SUMMARY
Audit to ensure accurate review and data entry of campaign reports, cash/checks, direct bills, and credit cards to Andar pledge database for the annual Community at Large and Public Sector Campaigns. Assist with the daily processing of credit cards and cash receipts and reconciliations.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Campaign Responsibilities :
Exercise independent judgement to assure the accuracy and integrity of the total campaign reported to the public and audited by outside CPA firm. Public Sector Campaigns to include State, School, City, County Employee Campaigns. Receive and process campaign reports, cash/checks from local businesses, individual donors, agencies, and public sector accounts. Input and maintain organization and individual pledges through edits and postings. Input and maintain control of Leadership donations, direct bills, and credit card pledges. Scanning campaign reports to Save in SharePoint. Audit campaign reports upon completion of data entry by IS for accuracy of direct bills, credit cards and cash receipts. Investigate and write up any campaign discrepancies. Resolve errors and have corrections posted in Andar and the General Ledger. Audit campaign documents for total accuracy. Update and maintain manuals, deposit slips, receipt books and campaign forms for Audit area. Assist with Final reconciliation of campaign audit to the General ledger.. Credit Cards
Assist with the processing of credit card payments for all campaigns and special events. Assist with the review of credit card processor's daily postings for accuracy. Review Stripe credit card entries processed by online website transactions.. Other Duties as assigned :
General Ledger and Financial statement reconciliation. Back up to Window Campaign Cashier. Apply cash receipts and credit cards to pledge receivable accounts. Assist Public Sector accounting with input after campaign close. Collect and send out IRS tax Letters to donors in January for payments made in the previous year. BENEFITS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED and 4 years of community related work experience; or a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; or 2 years of community related work experience plus an associate degree. 0 -3 years' work experience in a team atmosphere working with business operations and accounting functions, like those outlined above, preferred. Strong relationships in the nonprofit, public and private sectors a plus. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES INFORMATION
Good communication and problem-solving skills. Strong ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds preferred Experience in working effectively in multicultural environments. Professional demeanor, confident and goal oriented. Self-motivated and creative. Strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities and problem-solve issues as they arise. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Normal nonprofit office environment with little exposure to dust, noise, and extreme temperatures. Extended work on personal computing equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer and calculator. Reliable transportation is required with the ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business-related events locally, routinely and around the state and nationally, occasionally. Monday-Friday, 8:15 am to 4:45 pm work week with occasional evening and weekend hours. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Sedentary work on a PC; sitting for extended periods of time, routinely. Movement within the office and during external meetings and events, regularly. Bends, stoops, and twists, occasionally. Exerts up to 25 lbs. of force, occasionally. Facilitates, presents, and collaboratively interacts with others, routinely. Perform repetitive tasks, i.e., typing and texting, routinely.
