About the Opportunity:
We're on the hunt for a highly skilled Graphic Designer to partner with our creative and performance teams. You'll be a critical player in delivering sharp, on-brand visual assets across digital channels, with a strong emphasis on Amazon marketplaces, and organic and paid social creative. What You'll Do: In this client-facing role, you'll work closely with our Creative Director, account managers, and strategists to create thoughtful, performance-driven creative across multiple platforms. Projects will range from Amazon A+ content to display ads, print brochures to animated social posts, presentations to image sourcing and generation. You'll help bring ideas to life across both campaigns and singular initiatives.
Design Amazon Storefronts, A+ content, and ad creatives for multiple brands. Manage intake of briefs, assets, and copy from internal teams. Collaborate with Catalog and AM teams to align content with keywords, SEO, and page structure. Design a wide range of digital assets for paid social, display, and short-form video or GIF creative. Create polished internal and external decks that visually communicate strategy and performance narratives. Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Sora, Midjourney) to enhance creative and idea development. Apply feedback with quick turnarounds and maintain a positive, solutions-first attitude. Stay sharp on evolving platform guidelines, best practices, and competitor benchmarks-particularly for Amazon, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, clients and cross-functional teams. Ensure all designs are on brand, on time, and meet standard of excellence. What We're Looking For:
5-7+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within an agency setting. Fluency in translating marketing strategy and key messaging into compelling visual formats. Deep proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and familiarity with Asana, Canva, and AI tools. Solid understanding of Amazon's platform, product listing requirements, and e-commerce best practices. Strong portfolio showcasing digital performance-driven creative for Amazon, e-commerce, and social. Strong time management: self-directed and comfortable juggling multiple deadlines. Collaborative and committed to delivering accurate and excellent work across the finish line. What We Offer:
