Adecco is hiring for a Document Management Specialist in Sterling, VA. This onsite role is responsible for supporting the logistics and operations team by managing, organizing, and processing critical documentation, while delivering exceptional service to both internal and external partners.

Responsibilities include: • Provide administrative and clerical support to Key Accounts Managers • Prepare, compile, and maintain accurate reports and records for the Sales Department • Organize and coordinate B2B events, including trade fairs • Schedule and coordinate customer meetings for negotiations and brand promotions • Track and monitor order documentation to ensure compliance and proper after-sales service support

Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required • Prior experience in document management, logistics support, or a similar administrative role • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and standard office software • Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred

Job Details: • Location: Sterling, VA (Onsite) • Pay: $ 24.00/hour • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM • Weekly paycheck & access to Adecco Aspire Academy for free upskilling courses

Pay Details:

$24.00 per week
