Daikin Applied is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Parts Order Management person who will work to achieve world class Customer Service within a team environment by answering customer requests in a timely fashion, processing orders efficiently and managing customer complaints to resolution while providing customers with an unrivaled experience. What you will do:
Fields incoming customer requests in Salesforce in a timely manner to assure efficiency in resolution. Ensures that order processing is accurate and timely. Acts as customer contact regarding pricing, lead time, and shipping questions. Manages emergency requests for high priority situations. Recommends corrective actions to resolve customer complaints. Work cross-functionally with other teams to resolve issues and manage requests. Handles various special projects as assigned by manager Creates and assists in process documentation What's in it for you:

High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of customer service experience This is a 6 month contract position to start September 1 + year of Salesforce experience Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position Benefits:

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from
$21.35 - $32.98 an hour in MN.
The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
