Represent clients in commercial landlord-tenant disputes and manage all aspects of commercial foreclosure litigation. Handle various other real estate litigation matters, ensuring thorough and precise legal practice. Engage in motion practice, discovery processes, including e-discovery, and actively participate in courtroom proceedings. Prepare and serve predicate notices and court pleadings, maintaining adherence to proper NY citation formatting. Conduct legal research and draft motions with exceptional attention to detail. Work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

2 to 3 years of experience in commercial litigation, specifically in landlord-tenant litigation. Experience or a strong willingness to learn commercial foreclosure litigation practice. Outstanding research and writing skills, coupled with strong academic credentials. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Why This Role?
