Construction Laborer
We are seeking an experienced and versatile construction laborer to support all aspects of building and construction. This role requires hands-on experience across multiple trades to support operations and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Areas of support will include framing, plumbing, electrical, tile, paint, cutting, siding, finish, and cabinet building. Responsibilities
Assist in various construction tasks including framing, plumbing, electrical work, tile installation, painting, cutting, siding, finish work, and cabinet building. Read and interpret blueprints and tape measures accurately. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively in construction projects. Lift materials weighing 50 pounds or more. Remain on feet for 10+ hours a day during work shifts. Essential Skills
Experience in general labor and construction. Proficiency in reading blueprints. Ability to measure accurately using a tape measure. Skillful use of hand tools and power tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications

The dress code includes closed-toe work shoes, shirts with sleeves, and shorts or pants that are longer than the tool belt. Sweatpants, leggings, and athletic wear are not permitted. The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
