We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants to support individuals with disabilities in our vibrant Day Habilitation and community-based programs. In this role, you'll help people build skills, foster independence, and make meaningful connections in the community. Every encouraging word, respectful interaction, and act of support will help empower those you serve and contribute to a brighter future. Personal Care Assistant Responsibilities: Assisting with transportation, attending appointments, and supporting daily living activities Following care plans, administering medications, and ensuring all supports are delivered with accuracy and respect Working closely with families, healthcare providers, and case managers Providing emotional support, encouragement, and advocacy for the rights and needs of each person in your care Pay Rate: $17.92 - $18.67 per hour, based on experience Schedule: Monday - Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends as planned Day shift: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm (hours may vary) Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required At least one year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, or an associate degree in human services or a related field Valid Driver's License required Experience as a Home Health Aide, CNA, or in another human services role is a plus Benefits Include: 20 Paid Vacation Days and 8 Paid Holidays Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance with Flexible Spending Accounts 403(b) Retirement Plan with Employer Match Pet Insurance Pre-Paid Legal Services Employee Assistance Program & Wellness Incentives Paid Comprehensive Training and Certification Programs "Work Today, Get Paid Today" option Eligibility for Student Loan Forgiveness Program & Tuition Reimbursement Why Choose Mozaic?
