Agriculture Field Technician

Field maintenance mechanics/technicians are respected team members, performing preventative maintenance, adjustments, and repairs on our harvesting equipment such as pea harvesters and sweet corn harvesters. Serve as a supervisor/mechanic for field operations. Train other field employees in the safe, proper, and efficient operation of field equipment. Assist in the planting and harvesting of crops. Preventative Maintenance Season (November - May): Overhaul and repair of machinery and vehicles used in field operations. Maintain Lakeside company vehicles. What You'll Bring: Prior experience with preventative maintenance, machine adjustments, and harvesting procedures is preferred, willing to provide on the job training High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required Valid driver's license is required, CDL a plus Positive attitude Strong work ethic Safety Mindset Where You'll Work: WELCOME TO OWATONNA Located one hour south of Minneapolis, Owatonna is rich in history.
