Responsibilities:
Lead with purpose
Coach a team of high-energy sellers and account managers, setting clear goals and creating a culture where everyone learns, shares, and wins.
Build the go-to-market blueprint
Architect scalable playbooks for dealership expansion, OEM integrations, and new mobility use cases. Turn data into insight and insight into tested plays.
Own strategic partnerships
Deepen relationships with national dealer groups, automotive software platforms, and emerging EV manufacturers. Negotiate agreements that drive bookings and margin while elevating the customer experience. Drive disciplined growth Forecast with rigor, inspect pipelines weekly, and remove roadblocks so the team consistently exceeds monthly and quarterly targets.
Collaborate to innovate
Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations to shape offerings that delight passengers and create durable value for our automotive customers.
Model inclusive leadership
Hire diverse talent, invest in continuous development, and foster a workplace where every voice strengthens the whole.
Experience:
10+ years in B2B sales or partnerships with at least 3 years managing quota-carrying teams
Track record of scaling new revenue streams in a matrixed, high-growth environment
Expertise in automotive, software, mobility, SaaS, or related ecosystems
Comfort owning senior level relationships and translating complex needs into win-win-win solutions
Data first mindset with mastery of CRM, forecasting, and performance analytics
Lead by example and excellent sales coaching through process excellence
Clear, empathetic communication and an instinct for cross-functional collaboration

The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $126,400 - $158,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
