Paying $28 - $32 Location - Vancouver, WA We are seeking skilled welders and fitters to join our team and work on structural fitting and welding tasks. The role involves using dual shield and 1/16th welding techniques to create steel components based on blueprints and structural drawings. Responsibilities:
Perform structural fitting and welding using dual shield and 1/16th welding techniques. Utilize blueprints and structural drawings to accurately layout and fit steel components. Ensure adherence to AWS D1.1 and D1.5 standards in all welding tasks. Participate in the fabrication of structural steel for infrastructure projects. Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years experience in structural welding or fitting. Familiarity with D1.5 standards. Proficiency in welding and fitting structural steel. Experience with AWS D1.1 standards. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and structural drawings. Skill in flux core and dual shield welding. Environment/ Shift:
The work will be conducted in a shop located in Vancouver, supporting both local and field projects. The environment is designed for fabrication of steel structural components, ensuring a focused and efficient workspace. Day shift, Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm + OT as needed.
