Design Architect And/or Architect (Technical)
Actalent is in search of a well-versed individual to join a team currently working on various impactful projects throughout Hawai'i. We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Architect and/or Architect (Technical) to join our Honolulu office, bringing a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in multifamily or hospitality projects and a proven ability to collaborate within a dynamic project team. Key Responsibilities
Design Architect: Lead and contribute to the conceptual and schematic design process, delivering creative solutions that align with client goals and project requirements. Architect (Technical): Develop detailed construction documents, coordinate technical aspects of design, and ensure projects meet applicable codes, standards, and quality benchmarks. Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and clients to deliver innovative and buildable design solutions. Manage multiple project deadlines while maintaining accuracy and design intent. Participate in design presentations and client meetings. Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Minimum 5 years of experience in multifamily or hospitality projects. Strong proficiency in architectural design software (Revit preferred; AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite a plus). Design Architect: Strong conceptual design skills and a portfolio that demonstrates creative vision. Architect (Technical): Licensed architect preferred; strong technical knowledge of building systems, detailing, and code compliance. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
