The Job: As the Table Games Floor Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the thrilling operation of our assigned table games and guiding our talented game personnel. Your responsibilities will include ensuring smooth gameplay, reconciling table accounts accurately, and delivering outstanding guest service that enhances the gaming experience. You will be the key to creating an engaging atmosphere while consistently adhering to federal, state, and local regulations, as well as departmental and company policies. The Starting Rate: $27.04 The Day-To-Day: Manage performance of dealers to ensure that each game is dealt to the customer with a high degree of proficiency and that superior customer service is provided to guests Monitor guest flow and notify management when adjustments to open table games are needed Observe, evaluate, and rate players objectively and accurately in accordance with departmental policy Maintain proper bankroll levels to accommodate existing or anticipated play Reconcile table accounting accurately and with integrity and maintain card/dice and all gaming equipment Verify the accuracy of all documents and ensure that all procedures are adhered to Notify the Shift Manager immediately of any unusual activity of high limit play or if damage/tampering of equipment is suspected The Ideal Candidate: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Two years of casino operations experience, or according to property requirement, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience Able to work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays Two years of dealing experience preferred Two years of supervisory experience preferred The Perks & Benefits: Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally Health & Income Protection Benefits (For eligible employees) Various programs and networking opportunities to help you get promoted Access to a variety of company Hotel, Food and Beverage, Retail, and Entertainment Discounts Free meals in our employee dining room Free access to our employee fitness center Free parking while on shift
