The Freight Flow Supervisor will assist in the efficient operation and maintenance of the receiving area, ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely execution of freight flow to the sales floor. Responsibilities include managing back stock, disposition of damaged goods, and maintaining safety and order in the receiving area. Primary Responsibilities include planning, unloading, checking in, and merchandising distribution shipments; receiving, verifying, and merchandising direct vendor shipments; managing freight flow; maintaining safety; adhering to company standards; directing other associates; and completing additional store responsibilities. Qualifications include minimum 6 months of retail experience, ability to work evenings, third shift, weekends, and holidays, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact well with customers and associates. Physical requirements include lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, pushing and pulling up to 35 pounds, and standing for extended periods.
