The Showroom Attendant provides an exceptional experience to each customer through phone, email, or client-facing contact while completing walk-in appointment scheduling in an efficient and detailed manner. This role assists the Sales and Marketing Coordinator of the company by accomplishing set goals of local marketing initiatives in addition to delivering our 10 serving basics with each customer interaction. Showroom Attendant is required to support showroom operations, walk-in customers, visual merchandising, and overall cleanliness/maintenance of the space. Medical, Dental, and Vision PTO days and paid holidays 401K retirement plan with company match 40 hours/week with overtime potential Duties and Responsibilities: Receive all incoming Showroom phone calls, and help in assisting to schedule Design Consultant appointments. Assist the General Manager with administrative expectations. Manage the office supply/sample inventory for the showroom(s). Serve as the first contact to greet all clients who visit the showroom. Maintain the showroom at the direction of the Showroom and Marketing Coordinator in accordance with the maintenance checklist. Assist the Showroom and Marketing Coordinator with calling all unassigned leads and striving to achieve the 90% conversion rate goal. Support other offices/showrooms within the market Assist with sample program, showroom items, and any other sales and design-related tasks as needed Conduct visual merchandising and light cleaning to keep spaces aligned with the brand. Assist Sales team in local marketing event facilitation and support Assist in social media asset management and support Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a customer service representative or administrative assistant Retail experience is a plus Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Salesforce, or CRM platforms. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks effectively Experience preparing presentation materials via PowerPoint Calendar management/regional scheduling is a plus. Interior design interest or education is a plus.
