Program Manager
This position supports an exciting mission with FBI's CJIS where the candidate will have the opportunity to learn from some of the best in industry and gain skills and expertise that are widely applicable. Manage IT infrastructure for one of the largest organizations in the world. Tasks: Responsible for overall project management of the IT contract Provides administrative and technical direction to employees Ensures the contract is properly and adequately staffed (95% of staffing positions filled at all times) with cleared and qualified personnel capable of performing all contract requirements. Recruits, hires, and terminates personnel as necessary. Ensures all contract requirements are performed in a way that maintains security integrity at all levels and at all times. Ensures all assigned tasks and contract deliverables are accurate and are delivered correctly and on time. Ensures that current Visitor Access Requests (VARs) are in place for all employees at all times with no lapse in access. Ensures all required documentation is created in accordance with FBI procedures. Exhibit excellent communication skills, frequently keeping the government informed of personnel status, activities, and any contract issues. Required Qualifications: Education: Master's Degree Experience: 12 years of overall experience Minimum of 10 years of experience in Information Technology. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management position.
