The U.S. Personal Bank delivers a wide array of banking, payments, lending and investment services to individual consumers and small businesses. To deliver on our brand promise, we must operate as a truly client-centric organization, driving a high tech, high touch experience for the full Citi relationship, particularly in the U.S. To do so, we have aligned our structure with our strategy to ensure we win in the U.S., our largest market, and drive greater client-centricity across product, segment, and geography. Marketing & Franchise Development team is focused on Digital Sales transformation and enabling next-gen existing customer evolution. This individual would manage our existing customer cross-sell and merchandizing strategy across all Lending, Retail Bank, Wealth, Travel and Spend products. This individual contributor role will report into SVP, Digital Sales and would lead a Digital P&L function across a Product line like Lending, Retail, Wealth, Travel or Spend. Responsibilities: Define end to end roadmap and strategy to drive digital commerce growth for existing customers Lead and own offer Placement & Merchandizing strategy, data driven performance marketing insights, Test & Learn initiatives and new feature recommendations Evaluate the potential to leverage and implement personalization strategies with key stakeholders Leverage research, analytics, data-driven insights to develop marketing roadmaps, improve user experiences and increase client engagement Create experiences that drive repeat and loyal buyers of Citi's products and solutions. Actively drive year over year growth, including, but not limited to, customer visits and overall engagement Identify innovations and lead "test and learn" experiments to increase customer value Defines and measures the KPIs for a platform product Manage external partners and ongoing relationships with technology, operations, and risk partners among others to progress overall objectives. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. Qualifications: 6-10 years of experience in ecommerce leading strategy and execution preferred. Knowledge of Digital sales and revenue drivers, Placement & Merchandizing strategy, marketing performance insight and Analytics dashboards Demonstrated customer centricity to define shape solutions and meet financial goals. Drive innovation through Digital experience by leveraging analytics Education: Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
