Job Title

These positions will provide debugging, setup and troubleshooting of test processes on OEM equipment. Essential Functions: Read and analyze assembly and electrical prints/bills of material and order acknowledgment documentation. Troubleshoot problems that arise during the commissioning of New Equipment Execute to a test plan laid out by leader and communicate issues as they arise Ensure quality standards are met and equipment is ready to meet customer expectations. Fit and assemble components according to specifications using proper tools and verifying conformance of parts. Assemble, set up, and may operate machine to verify functioning, machine capabilities, and conformance. May form and fasten pneumatic and hydraulic lines, fixtures, and attachments required to service machine with air and oil. May install wiring, electrical components, and panel building to specifications. May debug assemblies and machines by identifying and correcting problems affecting proper operation. Identify and communicate with project team regarding build issues and documentation. Education & Experience: A technical degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or a related field preferred, or a high school diploma with a minimum of three years of experience related to mechanical, HPL, and/or electrical assembly of industrial machinery. Ability to assemble both mechanical and electrical components according to prints and sketches. Possess the written, verbal, and interaction skills necessary to work both independently and cooperatively. Possess basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
