Java Full Stack Developer (Java/Python/Angular)

4 days a week from the office Location: NYC, NY USA What you need to have to be considered: Hands on knowledge in designing and delivering java/spring boot solution Hands on experience in Python, Django Hands on experience in Angular (preferably version 10 and above) Should be well versed in microservice concepts and fundamental Should be independently able to architect Java solution and engineering Should have data modelling and analytical skills Should have very good communication skills Knowledge of AI, Agentic architecture is preferable. Should have very good communication skills and should be able to assess and analyze work with clients independently Responsibilities: Creation of high level and/or detailed technical specification/design of proposed enhancements. Development of code as per detailed design. Unit testing activities for the specific enhancements being planned as part of each release and creation of Unit test plan and Unit test logs. Facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT). Resolution of defects raised during unit testing, functional testing, Regression testing and UAT. Creation of production validation test plans. Production release installation support. Research and analysis of various application issues raised (including production issues). Resolution of production issues within the specified Service Level Agreements (if any) by performing code changes, unit testing, supporting BA and QA teams as required and providing installation support. Provide guidance to team and other LOBs in the organization about the onboarding process of the AI platform, help them to set up the initial code base to integrate with AI. Salary and compensation: The annual salary for this position will be between $68,000 to $130,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
