Colorado State University-Pueblo is seeking a Teacher Education Program Coordinator. The position offers a salary range of $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 annually and is based in Pueblo, CO 81001. The position is full time and regular with a flexible 40 hour work week. The job number is FY19-00027. Position Summary

The Title V Cooperative Grant provides support for transfer students through several programs. The goals of the grant are to facilitate increased transfer, support on-time graduation, and develop articulation agreements between CSU-Pueblo and 2-year institutions. The Teacher Education Program Coordinator will be responsible for administering teacher education preparation activities including Praxis test preparation, tutoring, and mentoring. Some teaching may be required. Position Duties and Responsibilities

Primary Duties Coordination of preparation activities including Praxis test preparation, mentoring, and tutoring Collaboration with Grants Program Manager, Transfer Advisors, and the Associate Dean of Teacher Education Program in order to streamline transfer from 2-year institutions into CSU-Pueblo's Teacher Education Program Other duties as assigned Ancillary Duties Serve on various University committees Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Colorado Teacher Licensure Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Education or related field Knowledge of PRAXIS Subject Assessments for Colorado teacher licensure Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a team environment Demonstrated ability to work successfully with a diverse population of students Strong written and oral communication skills Experience with Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act Important Information
