Senior Supply Chain System Analyst

Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Responsible for supporting and managing Supply Chain systems and methodologies across the organization including the data sources, processes, and outputs of those systems. Provide technical guidance related to Supply Chain systems and processes. Create and implement short and long term projects to improve functionality, reporting, and processes for a multi site supply chain.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manages end to end tasks associated with supply chain systems in alignment with overall company strategy and vision including, but not limited to, recommendations, process development, upgrades, and enhancements to supply chain systems and processes. Serves as an expert user and oversees system administration for several systems that effect the overall efficiency of Supply chain management across multiple sites. Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to analyze business processes and translate needs into system configurations and enhancements. Manage and resolve system issues, data discrepancies, and performance concerns related to supply chain operations. Support master data management related to suppliers, items, locations, and procurement categories. Develop reports and dashboards using Workday tools to support decision-making and performance monitoring. Document workflows, business requirements, training materials, and user guides. Train end-users and provide ongoing support for system-related inquiries or issues. Identify and recommend process improvements using Workday functionality and automation. Maintains various supply chain data and performance metrics to provide visibility to personnel driving continuous improvement. Represent and Support Supply Chain Management organization as key point person for Workday migration as the subject matter expert. Maintains holistic view of data sources, processes, and outputs to ensure consistency of reporting. Assist with testing and implementation of identified issues within supply chain systems. Collaborates with end-users and various teams to create solutions that will improve current system functionality. Creates and documents system policies and controls. Position will include other special projects outside of data management for ongoing supply chain improvements or tasks QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in Supply Chain or ERP systems. 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Supply Chain modules or Workday Financials with Supply Chain integration. Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, receiving, and supplier lifecycle. Proven experience with system configuration, workflow design, data management, and reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to communicate complex technical topics to non-technical users. Demonstrated ability to lead projects and collaborate across cross-functional teams. Certificates and Licenses: Language relative to position
Lean business practices and/or certifications a plus.
