Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute user acceptance test plans and test cases in collaboration with product managers, developers, and business analysts Perform thorough testing of applications-especially International Payments systems-to ensure they meet business requirements and are free of defects Document and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve them using Octane and JIRA Generate and analyze test reports to provide insights on testing outcomes and application quality Participate in review sessions with business users and technology to validate functionality and gather feedback .
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in UAT or QA testing, preferably in financial services Familiarity with Agile methodologies Proficiency in tools such as Octane, JIRA is critical Proficiency in SQL is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
